Who we are
This is the personal website of Logan Moore, loganm.dev. Freelance services and client payments are handled through Efficio Marketing LLC, my own LLC operating in the United States.
In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Logan Moore and Efficio Marketing LLC, as applicable. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, client communications, and our services.
For privacy questions or requests, contact logan.moore513@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you contact us, request a proposal, engage our services, or make a payment, we collect information you provide. This may include your name, email address, business and billing details, correspondence, project requirements, files, and other information needed to provide the requested services.
Our website and hosting or security providers may automatically collect technical information, including your IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the website.
Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry or project. Contact us to arrange an appropriate transfer method before sending passwords, sensitive records, or confidential files.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, provide and support our services, communicate about projects, process and reconcile payments, maintain business records, prevent fraud or misuse, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or disclose it to third parties for targeted advertising based on activity across different websites.
Payments through Stripe
Payments are processed through a Stripe-hosted payment page for Efficio Marketing LLC. References to “Efficio” or “Efficio Marketing LLC” during checkout identify our business.
Payment details entered at checkout are submitted directly to Stripe rather than collected by this website. We do not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on our website. Stripe Docs
We receive information needed to manage your payment, which may include your name, email address, billing details, payment amount and status, transaction reference, and limited payment-method information.
Stripe also processes information for purposes such as payment processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Its handling of information is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Client and project confidentiality
Client information and projects will remain confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing, subject to the limited disclosures described below. This includes client identities and relationships, communications, proposals, pricing, business information, credentials, source code, project files, drafts, and deliverables.
We will not publish or use a client’s name, logo, testimonial, project details, screenshots, or work product in a portfolio, case study, public repository, social media post, or other promotional material without that client’s prior written permission.
Confidential information may be shared with service providers, authorized subcontractors, or professional advisers only as reasonably necessary to perform or administer the engagement, process payments, maintain required records, or obtain professional advice. Those receiving confidential information on our behalf must be subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
We may also disclose information to the extent required by law or valid legal process, or as reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Such disclosures will be limited to information reasonably necessary for that purpose. Where legally permitted and reasonably practicable, we will notify the affected client before a legally compelled disclosure.
These confidentiality commitments continue after a project ends. Any separate written confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement remains in effect; this policy does not reduce stronger protections provided by that agreement.
Information you intentionally submit for public display, such as a public comment, is not treated as confidential.
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Depending on the services involved, recipients may include providers of website hosting, email, file storage, security, payment processing, accounting, and project-support services, as well as professional advisers.
We limit access to information reasonably needed for the relevant function. Providers acting on our behalf must protect that information and use it only for authorized purposes. Certain providers, including payment processors, may also process information for their own legal, security, or regulatory purposes under their privacy policies.
Other disclosures will occur only with your authorization or as described in the confidentiality section above.
Cookies and third-party content
The website may use cookies or similar technologies to support features such as login sessions, security, and saved preferences. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings, although blocking cookies may affect some functionality.
Pages may contain embedded content from other websites, such as videos or interactive demonstrations. When an embed loads, its provider may receive information about your visit, use cookies, and track your interaction, including associating it with an account you hold with that provider.
External websites and embedded services have their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information or interacting with their services.
How long we retain information
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, manage ongoing relationships, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes.
Retention depends on the type of information, the nature of the project or relationship, and applicable record-keeping requirements. Project files are handled in accordance with any retention or deletion arrangements in the project agreement.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or appropriately de-identify it. Copies may remain in backups until those backups are replaced or deleted under the applicable retention schedule.
Your privacy choices and requests
You may contact logan.moore513@gmail.com to request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes, and information about other people may need to be withheld or redacted.
Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning your information, including the right to appeal certain decisions about a privacy request. Contact us using the same email address to submit an appeal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights protected by law.
Where we handle personal information solely on behalf of a client, we may refer a request to that client or assist the client in responding.
Information security and processing locations
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal and confidential information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Our business operates in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Serving U.S. clients does not mean that all information is processed exclusively within the United States; Stripe, for example, describes international processing in its privacy policy. Stripe
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
An update to this policy will not, by itself, authorize publication of previously confidential client information or project materials.
